Overall great, any issues where a quick phone call away. And all the individual people I work with knew the answers and if they didn't they know they knew who would and would get that answer for you in a timely manor.

Veterans United took us on day one getting us on very short notice to a Approved buyer so we could make a bid on a home that we really wanted in another state near us. When our bid fell thru we found another home and our bid was accepted and even the process of changing the loan to our current state was great. From the Bid process to the closing process in under 30 days time. We were very grateful to have such a great organization behind us thru the whole process with genuine enthusiasm and customer service.
