Everything went ok except during the closing day (01/03/23) I was informed that in order for the closing I was responsible to pay the cancelation fee plus the seller tax fee in the amount of US1,975.66. I did not the the money on hand because I received closing (draft) that was going to receive my Cash back and VU was going to pay the late. I haved to to go through a lot of running oround to come with the late fee due before the closing. Respectfully request that you re-consider to at least give me back half of the
money that I was told to pay at the Last mom ent before closing because I don't how I was the one to be held responsible for the late closing cancelation.
