Eliminate the concierge job. Literally all of tthe things s/he does can be done through the website. They are a drain on the company.

I also want to call out Adam Wibbenmeyer from Daniel's team that did an amazing job, especially when expediting our closing for us. He went above and beyond and even our Attorney, who closes many Veteran's United loans, mentioned this was the best team he's worked with.
Travis , Walter and the loan team did an outstanding job of helping me through the loan process. From my initial call, to closing they could not have made it easier to navigate the loan process. Even the title company was impressed at how streamlined veterans united made the whole process . 10/10 recommend!

It's more expensive than the previous mortgage company we were using, but they did a bang up job stepping in and doing our loan from scratch in like three weeks after we left our old company suddenly. They really pulled it together and we still made our closing date
