All in all Veteran United did a great job!, but I think Veterans United should be the first to notify there customers that their loan as been sold/service out to other company/*Pennymac*, receiving letter in the mail from pennymac not knowing about them can be worry some for someone that is new to the house buying/loan payment. I most say the letter from veteran united came after and explain everything.

Veterans United gave us such a pleasant experience buying our dream house. There was zero stress and I would rate 100 if I could.
I feel like by it being my first time buying a home I should have been treated in a way of them helping me stay on point with a lot of things. They let a lot of things slip straight through my fingers that I had no the idea about and I had to contact them about things. They should’ve contacted me about things before I found out about them and contacted them for more information while wondering why no one told me in the first place. Also there was a lot of last minute things that I could’ve got done not so last minute had I known that it was needed.
