My questions would get answered, & if they needed any documents from me it was easy to send it to them through their secure portal. I would recommend Veterans United, as we’ve used them in the past; however, this time wasn’t as smooth of a process. The communication between our “team” was less than optimal. What we thought we were getting and what “our team” thought didn’t line up for a bit, but ultimately we made it work. We also missed the initial closing date due to proofreading on our loan team. Somehow they missed the date on our papers not reflecting the correct date 30 minutes before we were supposed to close. Overall, not our best experience with a VA lender but like I said, we made it to the finish line and closed, so that’s the plus.
This experience was beyond our expectations. As first time homebuyers we had no idea what to expect or really what we were doing. The team was there every step of the way. Never too busy to help out. Most of this process happened as my family and I were driving across the country, without the team in place there is no way we could have completed this process. Everything was streamlined and simple, a truly great experience. I will use Veterans United again, and recommend them to anyone I know buying a home.

Seriously give everyone there a raise, they were on top of everything every step of the way. I’ve moved tons of time and getting into apartments have been harder and more difficult than this home buying process. They could not have made it any easier or any simpler. 10/10 would recommend, everyone I worked with was amazing.
Veterans United was the perfect fit for us! They have a top-notch team that helped us along every step of the home buying process. Ryan, the loan officer was absolutely awesome. He answered all of the questions we had and never left us in the dark. He was always friendly and courteous and took the time to keep us posted on the process. The underwriters (who we never directly talked to) were fast and very efficient. I can't really believe how fast everything really went. Tammy our real estate agent, went above and beyond for us. It took us months to find the perfect house, and she stood by us the entire time. She was always a call or text away. She listened to all our wants and needs and never pushed us in any direction we didn't want to go. First American Title company was fully prepared the day of closing and the staff there was also very friendly and courteous. Overall this experience was flawless. We give them two thumbs up, an A++++ rating, and we would highly recommend Veterans United for all your one-stop shop home buying needs!
