The whole finance team and underwriting team is outstanding, professional, and has great customer service, integrity, and honesty. The response time throughout the process was so quick even though it was the holidays. I had issues with a flood insurance check refund not being making it to me in the mail and Tami an insurance agent was on it all of the way with updates. I can't wait to see the new ADT security when it's installed as well. I really will enjoy my new home! Thank you Veterans United!
