Everyone I dealt with was very professional and above all polite and knowledgeable concerning this entire process. I had multiple issues getting payoff documents from outside agencies and estimates from contractors that drug things out beyond what was expected. I believe that someone looking at the documents and the time frame involved could have concerns about the team at Veterans but I have no doubt in my mind at all that the delays were on my end dealing with other agencies and the fact that I live in the middle of nowhere. Everyone I dealt with through Veterans was extremely helpful and understanding during this entire process.
