I did a lot of shopping around when I first started my homeowner's journey. As a first time buyer, I was really scared about getting stuck in a bad contract with a money pit of a house. You hear such horror stories sometimes, that it almost scared me off. That's why it's been such a relief to work with Veterans United. Even with the ups and downs of the current market (nationally and specifically where I live), I never felt like anyone was trying to pressure me or trick me. Everyone on my team (my Loan Agent team, my realtor, my Loan Concierge) was always looking out for me.They took the time to explain everything I needed to sign, they answered all my questions, and always went the extra mile for me. When the first home I wanted turned into a nightmare, they all went to bat for me (especially my realtor, Cathi Neville), and that enabled me to find a better house.I am so grateful to all of them, for everything they did for me, and I can't imagine using a different mortgage company than Veterans United.
I have told all my friends and family that we had a great team helping us.
You will not regret using them . They treat you like family. Really nice people.
Every aspect of buying our home was taken care of by Veterans United. The employees of Veterans United were nothing short of outstanding. They took care of every little detail and were very accommodating.
My husband and I currently live in Guam and are 15 hours ahead of Central Standard Time. Even with the challenge of the time zone and overseas phone numbers, everyone we dealt with was very timely and were always preparing us for the next step.
Taylor Holman, Kaitlyn Rudy and Adam Lafferty, thank you so much for all of your hard work to help us get our home. Best wishes! Our realtor, Anna Ortiz, has been great. Thanks to her, our offer was accepted in less than a day after our dream house was put on the market. Due to her replying to my “I WANT THIS HOUSE” email that I sent her in the middle of the night, She responded immediately and drafted an offer letter for the sellers realtor to open first thing in the morning.
The process was easier than I could have ever imagined. We are so thankful for this Veterans United team.
Working with Veterans United was probably the best decision I made. The website is full of information and the people are amazing to work with! I would definitely recommend Veterans United!
The process was very streamlined and easy to follow. You receive reminders whenever you need to complete a step. These folks came across as being very honest and well-informed. Overall it was a pleasure working with Veterans United.
I would recommend Veterans United to anyone looking to purchase a home. All the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I travel all over the Northeast for my work and they were very flexible with my erratic schedule. Never once did I feel my business wasn't wanted.
Most of the team was on point from kat to glen don't believe them when they set a appointment time for closing because it's a huge waste of time.

I had an excellent experience with Veterans United to finance my second home. These people were all professional and extremely helpful every step of the way. Not only did we get a nice home, I wore the socks they sent me on one of our home tours, and I will be using the cutting board they sent me to prepare meals in that home. This was an exceptional home buying experience.
Our overall experience was great. Everyone was very helpful and patient ever step of the way.
Veteran United put together amazing team around my wife and I.
