Overall, the team that helped us buy our first house was hands down amazing. Of course there were times when it seemed impossible but they always reassured us that we would be good as long as we followed up with everything we had to do! And here we are in our new house! Awesome feeling and relieved once we closed!

The people involved in this process kept the sale alive when policies, procedures and bureaucracy would have ended it. Some of the things weren't entirely clear, such as the home insurance process, and this led to the confusion and stress of the emotional rollercoaster that the process became. I definitely felt very welcomed by Tyler and he eased my mind from the beginning. The start if the process was crazybat first because I had at least 4 phone calls from start and he made it manageable. Had a kind voice, very knowledgeable and made me feel very taken care of. Plus easy to speak with. Sara also helped to stay on top of all things that needed to he done. It is great to have all the knowledge from Liz as well. Even to seeing how my cats were doing.

With this mortgage being my first time buying a home and all the other hassles other mortgage companies gave me and turned me down for mortgages when there was no reasons in my being preapproved! Veterans United saw that I was fully qualified to being approved for a mortgage! If any bank is holding anyone’s large sum of money in corporate bank that refuses to do business with you! Find someone help to do business with especially when purchasing a home! Go with Veterans United, they really care about Veterans!
