This was my third Mortgage through Veterans United Home Loans. Every time has been made so simple and easy for me even while transitioning from Active Duty to retirement, and while purchasing a home after changing jobs and moving to a different state. I will always use and recommend Veterans United Home Loans when purchasing a home with a VA loan.

Ok I HAVE THE MIC!Ok, so I thought I would've seen a selection for the Loan Coordinator (Dustin). It would be a great injustice to leave out the hard work he put in and contributed to getting me to secure my new home! I just can't leave out the outstanding work he put in. Great communication, great follow-up, guidance, letting me know what I need to get done and just being completely collaborative with me throughout this process. Working as a team, a Unit! Dustin was very instrumental so I think there should be a section to rate Loan Coordinator's as well so we can issue a rating of 10's for those who do as well as Dustin did! That way we don't leave out those who worked hard!I had a very great team behind me. It was such an emotional roller-coaster should I say. I had moments where I was like yes! I'm getting all my checks in boxes and I was feeling extremely confident about securing a home, and I had my moments where I was sitting and waiting anxiously to see if I would be able to get some information or get a check in a box cleared to secure the home. This experience is one that clearly, I'll never forget!It was great! It's a story to tell and share with others. I don't want to go on too much of a rant, but the day I got the keys and stepped into my new home after signing for it, I took the key, turned the lock, and took that first step inside... It just felt surreal that I had achieved this moment. I stood there and I took it all in. Like, I'm finally able to provide my daughter with her own space, for her and my own space for me. US! It was very relieving.And I have to tip my hat to my outstanding team at Veterans United, for literally driving it all the way HOME!!!! Thank you to everyone that supported me and was there for me throughout this entire home buying process! And I MEAN THAT! I greatly appreciate the time, work, and energy that went into getting me and my daughter into a home! Thank you so much, in summary this experience was great! And now from here I continue my journey to build on what I just acquired, invest into it, and progress! I can't stop saying thank you enough, but Thank you!Veterans United gets it done! And I would definitely recommend other Veterans who are looking for a lender to purchase a home to utilize Veterans United. Because the work that they put in and the people they have in place? Paige Thompson is absolutely the worst to work with she does not return phone calls. Everything would have went great except for the last hour and a half whenever unnecessary drama and stress.

I work as an electrician in a modular home plant. Have ran wire to hundreds of new homes and thought the idea of me owning one was just in my dreams. Litterly step by step day by day Aaron and his team guided me thru everything without preasure gave me options and answer all my questions. Now that dream is a reality all thanks to veterans united. Thank you will never be enough for all you guys did!


The wonderful performance that we received from the Veterans United team was well above our expectations.
