After dealing with a few other lenders in our build process, Gabe and the Veteran’s United team really made us feel at ease. Gabe and his staff made sure we were getting the best deals for what we qualified for, took care of all of our paperwork, and walked us through every step of the process. There were no smoke and mirrors or misconceptions whatsoever. Great experience and would highly recommend.

This being my First home purchase, I could not be more terrified but I decided to apply anyway, just to see if I qualified. Veterans united replied stating that I had some credit work to do and that they will assign me a credit specialist and a list of credit to-do's, in order to get to a credit score for approval, even said that they will check again in 6 months. I was a bit discouraged but let me tellyou, they did not lie, I worked on exactly what I was told to do and it did in fact increase my FICO score. Would you believe on the exact 6mon day I recieved call from Veterans United, the same person that reached out 6mons prior? Well, I did and to my surprise I had done everything I needed for a preapproval and instantly got preapproval!!!!. I was assigned a loan team for every step of the way, and this process is a loooong one, but no worry because I had a full loan team, they list out everything you need and assist with getting everything setup. All I had to do is look for a house, my loan team was awesome throught the whole process.
I would recommend Veterans united to anyone looking for a home, especially first time buyers.

Chris Solomon was phenomenal and made the process seamless. I would recommend him and will use him again in the future. Veterans United has very intuitive system.

Thanks guys and may God bless and keep you.Rod and Katie Galloway

Cannot recommend VU enough! Their communication, expertise, responsiveness and staying on task was top notch. We had such a great experience with all we worked with at VU.

We are very thankful to have had Veterans United recommended to us for a VA loan. Danny Kliethermes and his loan team have been supportive and caring throughout the process of finding and buying a home. There was always someone available to talk to when we needed help. It is nice to know that someone has your back every step of the way throughout the process. We are looking forward to our new start in life, and highly recommend this team to help you find yours.

This whole process was straight forward and amazing!! I never would have thought buying a home could be so present, this team was awesome!!!

Teaming up with Veterans United was a great choice. I was assured I would be in a home as soon as I found the right one. Everyone involved was true professional handling everything promptly and precisely with a genuine sincerity in helping realize the American dream of home ownership. Great job and my greatest appreciation to everyone involved.

The appraiser shorted our value about $20k under any house on my street and they were only half the size of ours. Same size houses on our street are valued at $250k+ and ours appraised for $180k. It really didn't benefit us to refinance. All we did was lose 5 years of equity, reset our loan to 30 years and didn't get the projects done that we wanted to do which was the whole point of refinancing.

Unhappy because everthing was going well until an issue arose with the title and no one wanted to take responsibility. My closing was delayed for months and no one was able to suggest any solutions except that it was nobody’s fault but I was still expected to fit the bill for the extra costs.Thomas hall was supposed to be assisting but when the issues arose he couldn’t be bothered to answer any of my emails.
Response from Veterans United
