I am 42 years old and this is my third home that I've purchased. I distinctly remember back on 2004 when I bought my first home I was active duty military and sought a VA loan for my initial purchase. I remember the experience with the bank offering the loan at the time was overwhelming and seemed as if I had to jump through a massive amount of hoops so I went with a conventional loan. That VA loan experience 18 years ago had such an impact that With this current home purchase I almost didn't want to deal with another VA loan. Honestly, was very new to this whole home buying experience. My only complaint/frustration was the numbers frequently changed and the appraisal inspection process was ridiculous! Christopher and Jen were great to work with though and I am just thankful to no longer have to pay rent.

Overall this staff communicated well, completed things in a timely manner, and were very easy to work with. This is actually the second time we've worked with Veterans United and both times were wonderful.

Absolutely the best! Veterans United didn’t just look at my credit and say no thanks, but actually worked with me and showed me how to get where I needed to be. It took almost a year and half to get to where I needed but Veterans United never gave up on my family!

John Golobic, Alexis Crowell, and their Veteran’s United teams truly made our buying experience enjoyable and as stress free as is possible with such a process. They were fast, accurate, responsive, knowledgeable and professional! We got our adjustable (up to our limit) pre-approval within hours. Our previous lender had taken weeks to provide even an estimate let alone an official and adjustable pre-approval. We knew what they needed and when and it was easy to provide it via the app instead of messy email chains. When we had questions one of them was typically available and responsive with the info we needed by text, phone, or email, even on weekend off work hours.
