From start to finish my loan team was vigilant and knowledgeable. Everything was made convenient and efficient. My loan team made me feel very comfortable and answered any questions I had quickly.
Veterans United was recommend to us by our daughter (Air National Guard) and son-in-law (Active duty Air Force) who had just recently purchased a home as well. Jodi was always available and responsive to any questions and keeping with the long checklist of all tasks to be completed. No matter the time of day or night she always kept us informed of our progress and always seemed as excited as we were as we drew closer to the closing date. The entire experience with Veterans United was fantastic. Everyone was very flexible, even with curveballs thrown at us by the seller and the seller's title company.
The entire experience was great. The only complaint I have is that during the e-signing, there were a couple of times I had to sign or explain the same thing multiple times. And there were a couple of times that I needed to get a hold of my lender to answer questions and they were either in meetings or lit for the day. All in all, everything has been amazing and great.
