Only recommendation I have is to ensure that the home inspection includes both heat and air conditioning systems. I was under the impression both were checked but only the Air conditioning was. Suppose that was also my fault because it was stated in the home inspection paperwork that was given to me that only the Air conditioning was checked. Just hard to read through a lengthy packet and not miss something. Long story short, day of closing I show up to the house after I received the keys and the heat didn’t work, it had a broken sensor. Something that should’ve been caught at which point the seller to fix then would’ve been requested to repair, not for the buyer the day they get into the house. Luckily the entire team I was working with helped out with this situation.

Would take days for any response from my team, was very rude when I asked any questions, changed my closing amount several times and gave me false information several times. Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had with veterans United and this is my second loan with them will not be doing future business with them!
