The process was really easy with the team I had. They reach out plenty of times to check in with me and to let me know if there were any updates. I recommend adding a timeline for see the home buying process and to add due dates for completing utilities to time it with closing

Excellent service throughout the loan process. Shannon was excellent, professional and cheerful. What impressed me the most was that she always returned my emails or texts usually within the hour.
