Outstanding until near closing. Didn’t get CD and closing funds wired until late on Friday before closing on Monday. Need a couple days built in at the end for uh ohs.

This process started out is only a dream. I made a simple phone call from a Google search and ended up with Veterans United, Alberto and his team. What a God send. It is amazing and I am astounded at how smooth they really make the process. Along every single step they knew exactly what they were doing. The smallest of details were taken care of by their team. Veterans have enough to deal with with many returning from war, deployment, and time away from their families. It’s comforting to know that there’s a company out there that looks out for their well-being. Unfortunately, 10 is the highest grade you can grade someone on their scale, in our opinion, they deserve a much higher score. VeteransUnited had a plan all laid out for me. Answered all my questions. My first realtor didn't work out, so they assigned me Amber. She is so awesome. VeteransUnited made sure I got into the house with a shop on the property. I appreciate the whole crew.
There were several times where I was sent a document with zero instructions, or given the wrong document. AI was being used to enter addresses which ended up in me being given the wrong quotes. There were also errors on closing disclosures as well. Veterans united has made it clear that this is simply another transaction to them.
