I love the dashboard, which makes the process very user friendly and error proof! Additionally, you feel appreciated as a customer and not just another number/loan to process. Wonderful experience from beginning to end! I told my wife that I would "get the ball rolling" on March 1st (which was a Sunday) and I did. Within minutes of submitting my info, my phone was ringing. Within an hour of that, I was preapproved.
