My loan team had information 2 weeks prior to my closing. They forgot to file my disability tax exemption so it held up the whole process on closing day. It backed up the Title company and my agent for over 3.5 hours. In the end to complete the close my agent ended up adjusting his commission $671.00. Now I have to pay agent out of pocket instead of it being included in my financing. NO I will not ever recommend. Very poor communications and when they did they wanted to be able to talk at like one time was 849 at night on a Friday night. Another was on a Sunday. Not how ya do business sorry. I do regret using Veterans United. Their folks know nothing about Anxiety / PTSD or how to interact with some one whom has it. Believe me most vets do. It's not always just about the numbers.

They were so helpful throughout the entire process, even before pre-approval. I was never left in the dark about anything and all the agents were incredibly kind. I couldn't thank them all enough for making my 1st home buying experience a good one.
Everyone there that we worked with from Amanda to Chris and David were really wonderful to work with. They answered all of my questions, and they made this whole process very easy. They slso made sure we understand everything. I would definitely recommend Veterans United to anyone
