This process started out is only a dream. I made a simple phone call from a Google search and ended up with Veterans United, Alberto and his team. What a God send. It is amazing and I am astounded at how smooth they really make the process. Along every single step they knew exactly what they were doing. The smallest of details were taken care of by their team. Veterans have enough to deal with with many returning from war, deployment, and time away from their families. I would absolutely recommend Veterans United. My loan officer, Chase Anderson, was outstanding and deserves a 10/10. He was the one person throughout the entire home-buying process who consistently stayed on top of everything, communicated with me, followed up, answered my questions, and genuinely seemed to care about getting my family into our home.
A lot of the stress and delays we experienced were not caused by Veterans United. Many of the problems came from communication and coordination issues involving my real estate agent and the seller's side, particularly regarding what documents, title items, and other requirements were needed. Chase repeatedly stayed ahead of those issues and helped keep the transaction moving.
I am giving Veterans United a 9/10 because the overall home-buying process was stressful, but I do not believe that was Veterans United's fault. If I were rating Chase individually, he would receive a 10/10 without hesitation. I would use Veterans United again, especially if I could work with Chase.
