It is amazing and I am astounded at how smooth they really make the process. Along every single step they knew exactly what they were doing. The smallest of details were taken care of by their team. Veterans have enough to deal with with many returning from war, deployment, and time away from their families. It’s comforting to know that there’s a company out there that looks out for their well-being. Unfortunately, 10 is the highest grade you can grade someone on their scale, in our opinion, they deserve a much higher score. Jake was professional and I was comfortable with him. He made the process understandable with timely facts and information. He provide statements with complicated information which was explained clearly. I was informed at every stage of the loan process. The loan went smoothly. I gave a 10 which I hardly ever do because I always find fault. NO fault.

I would not recommend Veterans United to support Veterans with a home loan. The underwriter took the longest and I do have regrets going through Veterans United who was recommended to me from another Veteran.

He is one of the few loan officers who truly understands the complexities of Air National Guard employment, especially when dealing with multiple or unconventional duty statuses.On both occasions, Garet worked closely with me to navigate the VA’s income and employment verification requirements, which can be a difficult scenario for reserve component homebuyers. He explained exactly what was needed, helped me organize the documentation, and ensured everything was submitted cleanly and correctly. Income verification is one of the most pivotal parts of VA underwriting, and Garet handled it with precision and reliability.This time around, Garet also guided me through the process of buying down my VA interest rate.
