This process started out is only a dream. I made a simple phone call from a Google search and ended up with Veterans United, Alberto and his team. What a God send. It is amazing and I am astounded at how smooth they really make the process. Along every single step they knew exactly what they were doing. The smallest of details were taken care of by their team. Veterans have enough to deal with with many returning from war, deployment, and time away from their families. It’s comforting to know that there’s a company out there that looks out for their well-being. Unfortunately, 10 is the highest grade you can grade someone on their scale, in our opinion, they deserve a much higher score. They took a dream and turned it into a reality, and for that we will be forever grateful. I could not recommend this team higher. Matt Hina was excellent- skilled and personable. Not so fond of Blair Roberts expectations and pettiness.The documentation was ridiculous. I had zero debt, $300,000 cash, $10,000+ monthly income, net worth $1 million + for a $572k house with a credit score of 785. The documentation should have taken an hour. Not weeks and weeks and ultimately me capitulating in the middle of my mother in-laws funeral to link accounts.I completed a Veterans United checklist form which just restated what I already documented- closing attorney and insurance company. Not necessary. I typed it on the computer, printed it, signed it, scanned it and uploaded it. Some silly person said I needed to redo it and hand write all. That’s when I lost faith in the judgement and decision making of the collective team.

I can understand how repeated or unclear requests for documentation would make an already detailed process more difficult. Having to deal with an additional request during such a difficult personal time only added to that frustration, and I'm sorry that was part of your experience.
