Whole team at Veterans United was very communicative, helpful, and reassuring. My only request is to consider if your client is reaching out via email or text to keep it to text or email and ask before calling if a phone call is doable. For me, at least, email and text is easier because of my audio processing disability and full time work schedule.

Veterans have enough to deal with with many returning from war, deployment, and time away from their families. Unfortunately, 10 is the highest grade you can grade someone on their scale, in our opinion, they deserve a much higher score.
