Overall I got what I needed. Some of the process I didn't like for example, I have a student loan that I don't have to pay for. It's in student loan forgiveness so it shows $0 a month, but yet, the company forced my agent to put something down, so they put $25 a month which messes with my debt to income ratio. Other than that everybody.
Robert Doran and Crystal Kultala were an awesome and knowledgeable team that know their craft. They expeditiously process all aspects of your loan keep you informed of what they need to proceed. I recommend them to anyone VA qualified.
