Only negative aspect was the closing. The gal from the title company got to my house at 11:30pm on Friday night. I had to drive 5.5 hours back from Kentucky for work that day, and closing was supposed to be 6pm. I have a two year old daughter, and we had to be up at 5am CST (East coast time conversion), and we had to get out of bed when the doorbell rang and she called.
Veterans United is the best in the business. They provide top-notch service to veterans and non-veterans alike. The information portal through the website and app makes the process extremely easy to understand. Would recommend 100 out of 100 times.
I truly have nothing bad to say! If I find myself looking to buying another home I would not consider anyone else!

When I contacted Veterans United I really wasn’t expecting an approval. I felt so defeated by this other program I had been working with for approximately 6 plus months, and had actually gave up on becoming a homeowner. I thought what’s th worst that could happen, besides hearing “no” again. All I can say is God, and Mr. Andy and his team. I sent the required documents, and was approved.
