All of these things above are or could be expectations of any customer. What blew me away was when I experienced a fall from my horse, was injured, the crew took time to send a get well soon card and called to make sure I was doing well. This speaks to the personalized service and attentiveness of the group to each customer.
EMMETT was very attentive to our needs. He quickly responded to our calls and emails. He never made us feel as if we were a bother. No question was a dumb question. KAYLA was attentive and very responsive as well. Everyone did an outstanding job. Also, I appreciate their care for me when my sister was killed in a car accident. Emmett and the team didn't have to show concern but they did. I will never forget their act of kindness.

Overall I was happy with the process but was a little disappointed with the lack of communication during some of the rockier parts of our purchase. My closing date changed 3-4 times due to external factors (VA appraiser, water test results, etc.), but the information was very slow to come to me. I oftentimes had to reach out to my coordinator for information.
