We were informed every step of the way in the loan process and appreciated the fact that all of our questions were answered promptly and there were no surprises along the way. Kris, Sarah and Courtney sent us the nicest housewarming gift. This was our fifth home purchase over the years, and we have never received a gift from the lending team until now. It was less than a month from start to finish and closing took less than 30 minutes with no issues!

Was not too happy with Veterans United's assistance with choosing Home Owners Insurance. I asked for options, and feel like I was directed to Travelers. No other options were given. (I would assume it's a commission thing) I will be switching soon.
The service provided by Brandon, Anthony and tayler was exceptional especially since we had a cat 5 hurricane interupt the closing.... best experience ever......
