Wow, veterans united was such a great experience over all. As a first time home buyer I was very intimated by the process and how much admin work it entailed. Veterans United made me feel like they were with me every step of the way. They even bundled my appraiser fee when I was worried about making ends meet. They were informative and quick with their information. The process of signing was also made very easy with E-signatures. I expected this experience to take a lot longer but Veterans United was quick and easy.

We originally went with VU, as we were promised certain things at closing. Those things were not done. Amber our loan offer was nice in the beginning then super persistent and unprofessional! Not just to us the buyers but the sellers as well. I wouldn’t recommend Amber B or her team as they only answer when they want to. I just wanted to buy a house and it was so much more difficult, I expected more from someone who claimed this was going to be a breeze.
