My team made my first home buying experience easier than I could have imagined! Every question I had was answered promptly and everyone always sounded happy to help.
The pro cess started off great, everything going as planned and then we had hurricane Ian. Instead of asking for the proper appraisal information correctly , the appraisal came back and we couldn't use it. This whole loan was held up for a screened in porch, not a livable area. Then they tried some workarounds and sent me and my realtor scrambling to do the work. Well that didn't work, and by this time I had sold my house and was approaching homelessness. They said the right things, but they didn't help things get done. In the end they ordered a third appraisal and this solved the problem. Then the day I'd the first scheduled closing your people didn't ha e things ready, so I had to leave and come back to close the next day. The next day they didn't have paperwork straight until right at closing. This was the most nerve racking experience I've ever had. I had th o stay at a vrbo for 4 days costing me around 1500 bucks because again I was let to believe things would be done and they weren't. I'd be glad to explain more over the phone. They need to do a root cause analysis and figure this crap out. In the end it wasn't the hurricanecanes fault, it was your folks not knowing how to deal with it

So the only issue I had was the aspect of the VA Appraisal. It didn’t really effect me and I know y’all can’t control it but if there is a way to make sure the person that did mine can’t do it again that would be great. They drove by and didn’t even look at the property and that could cause a major issue for someone else trying to utilize their loan. That is all.
John's team did exceptional work for me during my home buying process. Anytime I had questions or concerns they were instantly on it and amazing at communicating. I highly recommend this team to anyone looking to buy a home.

I could not say enough that the whole process was stress free. The team was willing to put on the work for you no matter what pace you were working with.
