After we signed the closing documents and paid the closing cost a new closing disclosure was published and sent out with closing cost $1,000 than what we agreed to at closing. Completely unprofessional and annoying. May not have been and issue for her but maybe someone in her team messed up. Regardless I was baffled that this would happen.

I’ve used VU 3 times for my mortgage. But this may be my last. I love my team, but every time, something happens and calamity breaks loose causing a mad scramble to figure out wtf happened. My realtor was exhausted after this last deal.

This entire experience felt like an anxiety inducing wild goose chase of one thing after another, all the way down to minutes before closing.This isnt my first VA home loan experience.
My last one went smoothly, I didn’t pay for an appraisal, I didn’t have to do earnest money, I didn’t have to provide documentation requested, only to be requested to do conference calls instead AFTER supplying it.The day of closing they changed the amount I had to have for closing costs.I’m glad I had the extra money to pay the difference, but this could have potentially ruined closing entirely.I’ve never felt so much like a bastard kid on Father’s Day in my whole life.
There was a time when i didnt think my loan was going to go through but Aaron, Alex and the crew did an amazing job for me and my family. God was truly on their side. 8 thumbs up from my familey.
