Everything went great until Tanya transfer it to the underwriting team for process. The underwriting process went way too long. I did my part by providing all the information in a timely manner. I think this should be a much smoother process. Turn around time for underwriting process is horrible. Every time new information is requested/provided, it takes few days to entire week to analyze. Almost taking 2 months to complete the refinancing process.
Thanks to Ryan and his team, they helped me make my dream of home ownership become a reality. The list of goals and tasks that needed to be done was listed out nicely on the website and made everything a lot easier to the point where it was almost stress free. All of my questions were answered in a timely matter too during the entire process.
I did not work with a Realtor I was purchasing with a program called Home Partners of America who do not pay realtor commission . Shout out to Brian Bradley who knew I was at a disadvantage and helped me understand the process . This is my first home purchase and I praise And thank Jesus most of .
