Only issue I had was changing people(I.e. loan officers) during the process. Other than that everything went better than I could have hope for for my first home buying experience.
Wesley was outta this world, I would definitely recommend to family.
The VA needs to work with better more honest appraisers. The appraisal came in very low because the person lied about the heat in the home. When we called them out they then claimed the heat didn’t work. Our closing was delayed because we had to have the seller contact an expert to validate the heat worked.
