Inconsistent timelines amd disclosures. Had my agent blaming the lender and lender blaming the appraiser. Pretty stressful with a baby on the way, working out of state, and trying to buy a house. May have been better to go with a local bank, but we're finally closed and moving in so no turning back now. Additionally, not impressed with celebrity advertisements, but still a better experience than USAA.
