I enjoyed ever aspect of the home buying experience with VU and the only thing left to be desired was the non personalization with our real estate agent. He did not ever have our best interest at heart nor did he stay "in the loop" as events came up and told us wrong information which Haley had to fix with selling agent. It was a little confusing and I am glad we had Haley to decipher false information.
The overall team really made this process special. They were patient with my questions and always had my best interest in my mind. Thank you not only for helping me through this amazing chapter in my family’s life but also what you do for veterans!

They were very communicative, always there when I had questions and even when I had the same questions more than once. As it is my very first home, and it was overwhelming at times. But Sarah and the team made sure I wasn’t alone, they were there to help every step of the way. I would absolutely say they went above and beyond for me.
