We had tried a few other mortgage companies before we found veterans United and were let down every time. One call to veterans United and they connected us to their lighthouse department which told us exactly what we needed to do to get our credit score where it needed to be for the loan. We did exactly what they said and next thing we know our credit score jumped up and we qualified for a VA loan. They took care of everything. We really didn’t have to do a thing. They were constantly in contact with us and anytime we needed them and called they answered the phone and answer the questions. I never got voicemails or a machine to talk to. We just can’t express enough how much we appreciate what veterans United did for us. No more paying rent, no more landlord raising the rent, no more worrying about having to move again if the landlord sells the house. This time it’s ours. The whole process felt a little rushed but everything worked pretty smooth. I was pleased with the team we had. In the beginning Mike was a little hard to get up with but everything worked out. The only thing I can think of that was a little inconvenient was when we went to close at the attorneys office we were not informed by anyone on our team that we either needed a cashiers check or to wire the closing fees to the attorney, we were unaware and were not prepared for that but thank goodness for the hurricane ian giving us a few extra days to get the fees to him to close without pushing it back. Overall everything went well and we would use them again for another loan. They reached out frequently to inform us of what they needed from us and helping us when we needed it.
Veterans United is beyond fantastic! From start to finish they gave a “Wow!” experience with their performance AND customer service. So happy I found them!
