I’d never use or recommend Veterans United again. I went with Veterans United because I thought that they’d understand my situation(active duty) the best. The team seemed ill prepared and and would only review documents right before they were needed. Since I used a VA Loan there were additional requirements that were needed and weren’t caught until the last minute. Therefore, wasting additional time and money which caused the closing to take an additional month. I was lucky enough to be stateside because I had to do a lot of prompting to get any update. I have purchased two homes before and this team was the the most inefficient and amateurish.

I've avoided buying a house due to all the horror stories I've heard and witnessed for 55 years. For such an involved process this was really quite easy going. Travis, his team and outside business providers were all WEAPONS GRADE OUTSTANDING!! Now begins a whole new chapter in a completely different lexicon I never expected to be involved with! There are not enough words to fully describe the accolades this group of individuals are deserving!!!! Again, I've had a harder time buying a car. Thanks to ALL of you!!!
I truly cannot express how helpful Stephanie and Sam were. They made this difficult process much easier. We had a few hiccups due to the sellers of our FSBO home purchase. Stephanie and Sam helped smooth them out and keep us on the right track.
