Jerry, Heather, and the rest of their team were great. To say they knew thier job(s) would be an understatement. I dealt with Heather the majority of the time. I would be hard pressed to say anyone was better. Heather and Jerry presented themselves as what I'd call proficient, professional, and over-all, elite. There was a point in time where I needed them to call me at certain times due to my work schedule. Heather did not disappoint. Whether it would be through texting, phone call, or email, she was always clear about what I needed to do, she was organised, and to the point; as well as punctual. If there was a question I had, she would move heavan and earth to get that question answered. There was at one point, when we needed to get a document signed from my landlord, she let me know she wasn't able to get ahold of my landlord. When she told me this, we had that doicument signed and mailed within two days. Would surely recommend to any Veteran/Combat Veteran to Jerry and Heathers team. Great job guys!! You should be proud of yourselves for the work you guys do!! Helping Veterans get into homes. 11/10. Would recommend. :)

The whole team was amazing! Made the entire process easy. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful! I would definitely recommend the company and especially the team to my friends and other veterans.
This is the second house we’ve purchased using Veterans United. During the build of our current house I had read some reviews about VU having higher interest rates so I switched to a different lender who looked great initially but changed tactics the day before closing which would have cost me over $20,000. I called VU back, admitted I made a mistake to which my loan officer Zack said no worries and he and his team got us closed in a couple of weeks without any issues or hidden costs. I will definitely use VU for all loans going forward and an IRRL as soon as these interests rates drop.
As you all did for me what I couldn't do for or by myself, I pray God do for u all what u can't do for or by ur-selves. I couldn't have ask for any better. Am grateful 🙏.
