VU made the process really simple. The website is easy to understand and navigate. The team was always very polite and respectful. Only complaint is that they were sometimes a little slow to respond to emails. Other than that, they did great.
I never had a question that wasn't answered. Joel's team was fast and knowledgeable. I will be recommending veterans united to anyone I hear is buying a home.
