Overall, our experience with Veterans United was great! We were first time home buyers and when researching the process it felt overwhelming. But Veterans United made the process very stress free and easy to understand. We had a great team with great support. I would like to give a special shout out to our Real Estate Agent, Marvin Coakley. He was a very supportive, listened to our needs, and got us in a great home. I cant thank him enough, we were very lucky to have him.
Overall satisfied with Jake, Nicole, and Natalee as I mentioned above. The only point in the process which I was unsatisfied with was the home insurance that was recommended to me. I did a simple google search and uncovered an ongoing court case that United is involved in for not paying after a hurricane. I was offended that they were recommended to me and would have appreciated some disclosure about this.
I'm so happy that I chose to work with Veterans United to obtain a home loan and to find my dream home, it was one of the best decisions I've ever made! The team that I was assigned to couldn't have been a better match for me, they were very efficient, very responsive, and were extremely attentive.
