It seemed that there was a lot of confusion throughout the process. It was Nathan's job to explain things, but it seemed like everytime we talked he was telling me that I misunderstood something, but after awhile you got to start to wonder if I'm misunderstanding so much than your not doing a good job of explaining. Other then that not bad for my first home purchase.

The entire process was frustrating the entire way however overall I feel all parties were looking out for me overall great experience.
They were all so patient, professional and took such of good care of us, they even send a gift for my son's birthday it was unexpected but such a wonderful gesture, they do not see you as a client you feel part of the family and as a Veteran I appreciated that a lot, if you are a veteran they should not be another choice for you than veteran united they are superb with customer service and communication, truly a great experience

Had an awesome experience with the first house I bought and a really great one this time as well. I will say I wish it could’ve been faster. I am no expert on underwriting, but I do know that closings can be super fast. Not knocking by any means. Just my only thought. Great people, great team.
