Pre-approval on 9/2/22 and closing on 9/26/22...what's not to love about that? The team from Veteran's United stood with me through every step. I used the realtor recommended by VU, and it was a great experience. Communication from every member of the team was top notch, and questions were answered quickly and accurately. On 9/1 I wasn't even looking for a house... but here I am on 10/2/22 sitting in my new home typing a review. A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!

My real estate agent Jacob Benetz was the best. I could tell he had my best interest at heart. He was always available if I had questions about the loan process or about the various inspections and appraisal. He was very knowledgeable (He could. drive up to a house and in seconds tell me that the home would not pass inspection). I would highly recommend Jacob to anyone interested in purchasing a home. Veterans United, you guys have a valuable asset and his name is Jacob Benetz!!!

Nick and his team were exceptional in their work and really know their stuff! They have a great attitude and answer questions you have quickly and make sure that you understand what's going on and the process. They're humans (don't sound like a business slave) and exude confidence, professionalism, and fun personalities!

I had a very weary and shaken experience but the entire verteran so united family eased all my feelings thank you.
The team at Veterans United was amazing and helped us with every single thing we ever needed. They were there to answer all of our questions, no matter how many times I asked the same question. Though not part of the Veterans United team, the real estate agent that we had I would not recommend. She was great showing us the houses, but then once we signed the contract with her saying she was our agent we hardly ever heard from her and when we did it was a fight to get things done. If not for us being in contact with the sellers ourselves, they would not have known what was needed from them most of the time. The day before closing the agent started sending emails to us and the sellers saying we never signed some stuff although we had signed all but one over a month prior. We had to screenshot the documents in our files where we had signed and send them to her as proof. There was so much more but doesn’t matter now. We felt bad paying her that much money and didn’t feel like she did her job. But we have the house and are so excited about our future in what we hope to be our forever home. Thank you Alberto, Codi, and the rest of the team for all you did for us and continue to do for the great men and women that serve this country. God bless.
