I will be sending a formal complaint but the process caused us to leave and the only reason we came back was to get our home faster. The pressure, manipulation, lying, etc. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND

My family wants to thank everyone that has been involved with the process of buying our home. I also want to personally thank David Bruns for working so diligently on establishing what I needed to get done in order for things to get approved. Also, thanks to Beau Roberts for being on top of things and listening to my complaints.
Second time working with this team. Another great experience.
Jeff Gordon served as a liaison in this process but his assistant Sarah Hadley was the individual assisting my husband and I in this process and she did a terrible job. Poor communication, hostile attitude, no sense of urgency, and conflicting with the information she provided. She tried to undermine us the entire process which resulted in a delay in closing amongst other things.
