Veterans United was very friendly, professional and quick with any updates that came along. Will definitely us them to refinance or for future VA Loans.
I was originaly going to go with a load from either USAA or NFCU like I have in the past for different loans, but I am SO happy I went with VU, because being a disable veteran with TBI and chemo brain, I had some trouble keeping up with the constant flow of information. My team was always behind me, answering any questions, jumping through hoops and just basically paving my road ahead for me so that I could have a smooth drive in. I will always highly recommend VU for any veteran on thier home buying journey! Oh...We also LOVED the little home welcoming gifts you sent us!
I am new to the home buying process - but it seemed like an awful lot of hoops to jump through. Especially the fact that we were cited for peeling paint - and the homeowner wanted nothing to do with painting anything. So i as the buyer had to paint an entire house that wasnt even mine yet - and paint over old wood siding that i am immediately removing as we speak. This house wasnt ever on the market - and the only way the owner would sell is if he didnt have to do anything. So i had to put in a ton of work and labor into the house just to get it through the steps, before i even owned it.
I really enjoyed the fact that this was a "One Stop Shop" everything that I needed for purchasing my new home was readily available. Everyone that I worked with were so great and made my homebuying experience seamless. I sincerely appreciated the influx of information that was provided to me at each step of the process, it made this whole experience less intimidating. I've already recommended Veterans United to a few of my friends!
