Overall this experience was not the greatest. I failed myself by not doing enough research prior to purchasing and wished I had asked a lot more questions from the beginning. As I mentioned above, I expected to be overwhelmed with information about the process and figured that would fill the gaps. The first question doesn't give the option of "I'm not sure if I would recommend", but I'm honestly not sure if I would recommend to others or use Veterans United again for myself.
