Where to start? I guess from the beginning. As soon as I started working with Charlotte and Kris I knew I was in great hands. I got under contract twice before finally purchasing the house on 1103 Daniel ST; Charlotte was extremely patient with me and helped out throughout this painful process. In addition, Charlotte and Kris always kept me updated with everything. Thanks again for everything.
Thanks to everyone from Veterans United who stepped up for me from day one! I had a previous good experience with a VA loan so I knew it was the way to go to avoid some contingencies. The approval was almost instant and the time that it took to close involved closing on my previous address. I am forever thankful for the privilege of being able to use this benefit from my veteran husband.
Our loan person, Brittany was very unorganized, uncommunicative and not very friendly. Home buying is stressful enough without having to pull teeth to figure out the process.

To be able to win a bid on a home, close, and move into it in less than 3 weeks is unbelievable. Veteran’s United helped with so much along the way, especially since I’m a first time home buyer and had a ton of questions. I would absolutely recommend and use Veteran’s United in the future again.
