I would highly recommend Veteran's United to other veterans. The process was relatively smooth, and they had a readily available team of professionals (insurance, realtors etc) lined up to choose from in case you needed help. Jon was my loan officer. He was consistent, competent and friendly. The only thing that didn't go as smooth was that I needed to have additional flood insurance policy and somehow I didn't have my flood insurance after closing. So, someone dropped the ball on that because how could I clear for close without the proper insurance, but it eventually got settled after the fact. Overall, I would work with them again in the future.

Veterans United made one of my biggest dreams come true, and I am incredibly thankful for that. I am happy and proud to say I am a homeowner in Colorado. I decided to try my chance on a whim because I've grown tired of renting, and Veterans United stood out to me because they cater to veterans like me. And I am soo happy I trusted myself. The process was extremely easy and stress-free from beginning to end. Our loan officer was always in contact with us for any needed questions or details. They helped us find awesome real estate agents to work with and we closed within a month! I am extremely happy and grateful to have had a team of people help us through this experience and for allowing to me to achieve one of my biggest dreams. Veterans United rocks!

As a first time home buyer/owner it was a very nerve wrecking thing but VU was there for me every step of the way. I had so many questions so many concerns and they were always just a phone call away, even on the weekends. I would not have been able to do this on my own. Im so happy they were there to help me obtain the home of my dreams!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I cannot express enough how Veterans United teamed me up with a knowledgeable Realtor and made the whole process so easy for me. It had to be the quickest and smoothest process in the history of house buying. They even have a concierge who researches your utilities. They were very quick to process the paperwork and ensure everything was in order. I would highly recommend to anyone applying for a VA loan.
Tom and his team are absolutely amazing. Corey Jackson and Jamie Ponders were in constant contact with me. Never once did I feel like I was alone in this adventure. Always positive and up beat even during a minor credit hiccup they never let me get discouraged! Even thier credit assistance department was fantastic. Blake Crutchfield and his team were great! They made the process smooth and easy even when a hurricane was headed our way. We ended up changing a few things last minute and they were able to get the paperwork back in plenty of time for our signing acting like it was a walk in the park. They were rock stars, no question was considered too simple they answered them all and were always quick to respond.
I don't have the words to say how overwhelmingly thankful we are for the professionals at Veterans United. It made what was a terrifying and unpredictable process feel like a walk in the park. We will forever be grateful to VU for bringing us home.

Overall, Ross and his team made this a very successful buying experience.
