Julia who was the Coordinator was hands down- awesome a 10+. She made me laugh and understood how stressful this all was and made me feel like no one mattered more than me, and I am sure she is very busy. She is definitely an asset to VU. She called to check on me even after the closing and knew that I was upset about an incident that happened on closing day. I would definitely love to work with her again. Tyler, who filled in when she was on vacation was also a pleasure to work with. Overall, the whole team was great.

If you would have told me six months ago we would be home owners, I would have laughed in your face. Our loan team made it happen! Although there were many bumps in the road that delayed closing due to the seller and her agent, Kyle and Katy were always ready to help us and get the deal done. The team was always ready to answer any questions I had and even put up with a lot of bullying and harassment from our seller's real estate agent when he was trying to pull a fast one on getting needed repairs completed. The team worked to get our closing costs as low as possible, which to my surprise we got money back at closing instead of having to pay out. The service we received and the housewarming gifts received from Veterans United is top notch! We will definitely use VU if we decide to refinance or purchase another home.
