Overall, this was the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. I truly felt like I had a whole team on the sideline who wanted me to succeed in the process as much as I did. I can tell they put hard work into taking care of certain things so I didn’t have to stress about them. I was very anxious and ambiguous when I first began this process but they turned it into excitement and motivation immediately. I will be telling all of my military friends about my experience and letting them know if I can do it, they can. You guys make it too easy not to! Thanks again, team for all your help!

This was my 3rd and hopefully last home purchase finance with VU. Flawless x3. Funny antidote as I was between VU and another lender. Other lender warned me about doing business with VU and how potential sellers would not accept my offer. Hogwash. Funny thing was VU was able to spin up all the necessary documents and approvals while other lender was too busy worrying about winning my business. VU got my business again. Communication is top notch, web portal easy to use. My loan officer as well as coordinator instant response to text and email.To anyone reading this , I can not give higher praise.
