I honestly thought I would never be able to purchase a home, and VU made it possible. From the initial pre approval letter to hours after closing, Kevin and his team was right there with me through the entire process. The professionalism of the entire team was unmatched. Very personable and everyone made me feel comfortable from the start. The team made it clear from day one that they were just a phone call away with any questions I may have. I started with Rocket Mortgage. Josh contacted me and said it would not hurt to get a second offer. As it turned out, Rocket kind of forgot about me, but Josh and his team walked me thru getting my pre-approval letter, then worked with me to get thru the assessment, the credit apps, and all the hoops I had to jump through. At no point did they ignore me or leave me to figure it out. Every E-mail I sent was answered with in the same day. All in all the team was totally awesome.
Everyone we worked with was super helpful and made our home buying experience a breeze.
