I am a disablef US Navy Veteran, I have PTSD, memory loss, anxiety and depression, and they all worked with me diligently to have a smooth closing on time.Logan (Agent for insurance), was far better than any other agent I have ever had.She cut my car insurance policy in 1/2, with better coverages. Which I love, it's saving us several thousand dollars.Logan was un able to bind home insurance due to home needing a new roof. She provided me with phone numbers to several outside agents, which I called and got coverage, sent her text with agents email so she could get policy info so we could close on-time. She told me to contact her when get new roof, so we can get a better plan, hopefully cheaper.Logan was able to cut our car insurance in half (1/2) and with better coverage than I had.We needed to get outside Agent for Home Insurance (until we get a new roof), she provided me 3 agents, got insured, sent email to her and she made it happen.
The team at Veterans United gathered my military information without making me spoon feed them, which was priceless. Ryan, Kyle and Brendan was professional, but human, at the same time. BZ. Well Done. I am grateful.
