I started with Rocket Mortgage. Josh contacted me and said it would not hurt to get a second offer. As it turned out, Rocket kind of forgot about me, but Josh and his team walked me thru getting my pre-approval letter, then worked with me to get thru the assessment, the credit apps, and all the hoops I had to jump through. At no point did they ignore me or leave me to figure it out. Every E-mail I sent was answered with in the same day. All in all the team was totally awesome.
