Definitely more communication would be great. Seems like there were times when something was needed from me, or something was missing that I could help with and no one let me know. Things were last minute all the time. My realtor also felt like this was an issue

Keep working on communication between all the departments. Also try to look more into utilities for homes to make move easier. Some of our utilities needed extra stuff that we was not told of. Anything extra will help a lot.
