the absolute worst home buying experience I have encountered. Casey Cowert misrepresented himself. Did not know he was a sr. Level Manager until I voiced concerned about the process and Jeff 2 weeks before my closing. Absolutely would never recommend you all to anyone .

Definitely the best experience and best decision ever. Every one was amazing and kind and they were there if we had any questions at all. Getting a new house is a big investment and I definitely felt the support in everything step of the way with Veteran United, every doubt or trouble they where always available to answer via phone or email. We really needed to downsize into a tiny and manageable home. And, as retirement was already here upon us, the lenders were not. Needless to say, we were greatly discouraged after getting shot down many times. Out of the blue, I contacted Veterans United Home Loans and Luke was right there with answers and an amazing team. Luke, Mykene & Janaire listened to us every step of the way, even in our most frustrated moments. It was MOST definitely the smoothest and streamlined process we EVER experienced in getting into a home, properly.
The process was tough and I imagine we were just the outlier and Murphy’s law kicked in. However things as far as personal relationships formed and maneuvering throughout the stress was amazing. Josh and his team did their absolute best no doubt. I HAVE TO SAY SHOUTOUT TO MEGAN for being the best.
