Between the lack of communication, waiting until the last minute to ask for documents and asking to extend multiple times, the seller almost backed out causing us to almost lose the house. Both the sellers and our agent said they had never dealt with a lender so incompetent and difficult to deal with. Do your research, there are way to many lenders out there for it to be this difficult. Don't make the same mistakes we did.

You see Veterans as a captive audience with government backing. Predatory practices have been identified the more I research peoples experiences.I would fully support the Veteran community lobbying VBA to have Loan Guaranty review Veterans United’s practices in depth.Total lack of attention to detail, basic comprehension is a challenge also. You kept sending me a web page to verify my employment as VA employee. Except the web portal clearly states it’s for DoD employees only. But you idiots kept sending the same link. So I found the official paper form and had my HR fill it out and upload it to your portal. I mean really, a VA employee tells you the page you’re using isn’t for VA employees and you dipshits tell me I need to be in office on a secure network? And don’t get me started on having to explain myself 7 different times IN DETAIL about how I funded my EMD. It took up until the day before closing to get me the “proper” form because the team assisting Brandon apparently didn’t complete their Hooked On Phonics modules.Please hurry up and sell my loan. I want nothing to do with you. But I will enjoy sharing screen shots all over social media. It’s nice to see I’m not the only idiot that fell for your bullshit.

I first started looking into buying a home spring of 2022. Not even six months later and I watched an area of land that was just dirt turn into a wonderful home. Everybody who worked on this project, from the workers who built the home to those who processed all the paperwork, made sure that everything was done to perfection.
