We couldn't be happier with everything that has happened with the process of buying our forever home! The gifts we received were so touching! We loved the door mat and flag mount. Both are now proudly placed in our new home. Thank you so much for everything you provided!!! We are going to miss talking to Rob, Cara, and Allie! Thank you again!!!

This was the WORST experience, not just homebuying, but experience with so-called "professionals", i've EVER experienced! ALL "reviews" on emails, site, etc. need to be removed immediately for false advertising! I had no hands off experience whatsoever! I had to do all the work to keep my home after my "team" failed to communicate the correct information in the proper amount of time to the right parties, THE ENTIRE TIME!, I had to constantly play lender, realtor, and closing agent throughout my entire homebuying experience! I, myself had to contact my "team" as well as the realtor, closing agent, title company, and even the sellers to keep my family's home, after all the false and delayed information my "team" kept telling me. I could go on and on about every single thing my "team" failed at, but it's honestly pointless, I am refinancing asap, the only reason I stayed with V.U. with the 6.2% int. rate besides a 4.5% from another lender is because me and my family were too far invested already in moving to the new house, because my "team" said I was good from the approval, I had to stay to keep the house my family wanted. ALL members in my team need definite re-training, Kyle Kroll did seem to pick up the ball at the end when I felt Zach, Melissa had abandoned us. So I will say Kyle did the best job out of the whole team. I'd like someone to call me about this review for more explanation please. itguy45@icloud.com or (479)322-2910.

Thank you all for the wonderful experience and making it easy and stress free for buying a home…. Well pretty stress free! My stress level was almost non but my sister was a 2 out of 10….. she really wants me to move there lol!
The underwriters were the worst. They questioned and knit picked everything. Then they assumed and accused us of hiding additional assets from them from the sale of our home in this current market.
1- Its none of their damn business what we done with the money from our sale of our previous home.
2- Because of the uncertain market today we felt paying down our overall debt so we could be better financially to purchase another home.
Great team, had to deal with some snags in the process and the explained everything and worked with me answering any questions I had throughout it all. Andy and Taylor are really great, the entire team was great from beginning to end. Thank You for all the hard work.

I have no idea how VU's fees compare with other VA lenders. After talking with the team, I felt that the price I pay will be well worth it. I knew this was the company I wanted to work with.I highly recommend all Veterans seeking home loans start their search at Veteran's United.

Hands down, these two (Elizabeth McAskill and Jennifer Shires) were outstanding throughout. Their follow-through and attention to detail was excellent. They demonstrated true professionalism and expertise in their fields, as they guided me through the home buying process. One of the many things I loved about this experience was the ease of access to everything through the mobile app. I also really appreciated their (Elizabeth and Jennifer) availability and openness to answer questions directly through text when needed.
