Everyone at Veterants United did an amazing job. All of my questions were answered quickly and concisely, and this was my first home buying experience, I had A LOT of questions. They took care of every problem I had and made it easy for me. I wouldn't want to work with anyone else in the future.

The experience was very stressful compared to my previous experience with Veterans United. Communication was terrible and I was asked for an absurd amount of documents. Even my chain of command thought it was absurd. I was also on rotation during closing and it was difficult to complete some things in the to do list due to connection so I wouldn’t recommend. I wish I would have been warned how difficult the process would be if I didn’t have orders in hand for my next duty station.

Veterans United might be a little more expensive then other lenders but in the end the worked for the their money

The team was absolutely amazing. Drew, who I think I talked to more than my own family, was exceptional. He answered the phone when I called almost every time and when he didn’t called me back within 30 minutes. I kept thinking he would see my number and be like “oh not this guy again, I’ll just let the voicemail get him” but he would answer and would answer my questions “Barney style “ no matter what the time. We had a two hour time difference and I called at a time where he for sure had gone home and was planning to leave a message asking him to call me when he got in. He answered the phone and answered my questions for another 45 minutes. Truly amazing. Thank you for holding this first time home buyer’s hand and walking me through the process

Nope, not gonna tell ya how easy it was to get the loan for this home. Not gonna tell ya that the dogs are thrilled with all the space they are roam'in over. Not gonna tell ya that the wife is well....more loving than before. Not gonna tell ya how happy we are. Not gonnja tell ya, that the grandkids are exploring and finding things that are new. Not gonna tell ya, that the family is happy for us finding our dream home and living the dream.
