Ill put simple I didn't think the customer service was what it used to be after my first time purchase the customer service was almost one way with the VU team needing information from me and questions from them to me but in regards to myself I had a very tough time at times trying to get a hold of someone to the point where I was asking friends and family questions that I needed to ask the lender due to the fact that they did not call back or leave a message giving an attempt to help out I am appreciative for the work put into my home buying journey but I would of liked to have a better interaction with the entire VU Team

It sounds like there were some serious communication gaps this time around, and that’s definitely not the experience we want our borrowers to have. I know how important it is to have a team that’s there for you every step of the way, and I completely understand your frustration with feeling like you couldn’t get the help you needed when you needed it.
You should never feel like you have to turn to friends and family for answers that your lender should be providing. I’m glad we were able to help you get into your new home, but I really wish the process had been smoother for you.
