Think twice before using this company! They will be extremely nice to suck you in but once they know they have your service then they are so impersonal. The loan officers will have nothing to do with you and has all communication sent to the concierge staff. This company does not put personal communication high on their list. The care more about making money then taking care of the customer. They will just take the time to send you an email instead of personally reviewing the process and forms with you as a customer. I would never recommend proceed at your own risk!!!

these folks made it seem like a seamless event to buy a home and that is never easy. if I ever purchase another home, then they would be my team to get the purchase done. excellent folks and excellent team work. every issue gets their attention and they stay focused on it until the issue gets resolved. some great philosopher said "that you are either part of the problem or part of the solution", they are the solution.

Maybe double vet recommended realtors? Ours seemed to be disconnected with the loan team and at times the builder. There was also much confusion with whether or not the home would appraise or what the deal was with closing costs that added quite a bit of stress in the middle of an Army PCS move. We also received very little insight during offerings which may have added to the delay in finding a house.
I would highly recommend the copamy to anyone who would need the services of the VA Home Loans. I cannot say enough about how much I am impressed with the service I received from the people I worked with. It is so nice the know that there is a company
that still believes in customer service.
