Only issue was right before closing of missing crucial issues with I believe had to do with MN property taxes and the communication with that at the last minute. Advised when I bought down the interest rate from 5.25% to 4.99% was told that I would be getting a little bit back from my escrow monies. Then come to find out I actually needed to bring almost $450.00 to the table, when we were 30 minutes from closing time, therefore we took off the home warranty.
This is our third loan with Veterans United and for good reason. They always walk the walk and talk the talk when it comes to providing a great service to Veterans.

Emily was really nice and helpful too, there was a little miscommunication when she was trying to fill a gap for someone else, but we are all human and it wasn't a total tragedy, so no worries. Over all i have to admit that using veterans united and all its awesome representatives was so much easier than i thought things would be, and that ultimately took a huge load off my shoulders. so thank you so much, for being a good reputable company who employs people that obviously care about other people and the work they are doing on a daily basis to make dreams happen, because these are real human beings with our lives in your hands, and some business minded people tend to forget that sometimes, but not you guys!

Was given false information that ended up costing us in the long run. Wasn’t able to have a inspector or anything fixed before hand due to being lied to. Very very displeased with how things have been handled and the lack of care your team has given sense. Typical once you complete a loan you move on and it’s now our problem to deal with. Sadly I wouldn’t recommend a company that doesn’t follow through with their word.
