I have been through more than a few VA loans. This by far was the worst! I'm not referring to the 6 weeks it took for an appraisal either. I was given bad advice about locking in the rates but that's on me. The underwriting team was incompetent at best, I could even use the phrases, misfeasance, malfeasance, and nonfeasance to describe what I experienced. Don't get me wrong, Dave and Taylor were nice enough people, they just didn't carry through with any of our concerns. The story goes on..............

Veterans United was absolutely phenomenal. It made the homebuying process so so much simpler even our closing agent was an absolute love because of a hybrid closing we were in her office for 15 minutes because of Veterans United unlike the usual one hour process. Highly highly recommend Veterans United to any and all veterans looking to buy a home.
