Stephen has been absolutely amazing!! He was always there to answer any questions we had or to explain thing’s. As first time home buyers it was all new territory and he was great about everything! Along with Stephen, our concierge Hazel, was amazing with helping with links to utilities, VA’s near us, and anything else we were interested in finding near us. The whole team and set up is so easy and everyone is great and so helpful!
Very pleasant experience, each part of the team including our realtor who was recommended by Veterans United was knowledgeable, sincere, patient and time sensitive in their communication. The portal was an excellent way to get tasks completed and communicate. This was the fifth house we have purchased and by far the best experience of all. The gifts that were sent in the mail were also relevant to the purchasing experience which made an extra special touch. Overall super fanatic job to everyone! Thank you!
