I will be retired from the Marine Corps this November which will be the culmination of just over 30 years of active duty service for me. Easiest loan process we have ever experienced!
The only thing that frustrated me a little was it seemed that every time something changed, I had to call the credit company and do a joint call with my current mortgage provider and give my approval to ensure I paid my bills that month. This happened on 2 separate occasions when they could see that I never missed a payment in my credit report. I’m sure there was a specific reason, but that wasn’t given to me, nor did I ask. It just seemed like a waste of peoples time. Mine, the mortgage company and the credit people.
I am grateful for what you folks do. Now I have a home that I can call mine. A special thanks to Justin and Nick. I would also like to say that Jeanne Bowers goes above and beyond the call of duty. She's good people.
