Jay and Kristine were a great team to work with! I work in the mountains and have spotty connection with the rest of the world. As new tasks were assigned, especially time sensitive tasks, I would get an email and a text letting me know that I needed to go into my Veterans United account. I feel Nate's assistant Anna was not the most communicative, and our least favorite part about the experience. There were small missed Communications from Nate that ended up being answered or explained by our realtor. Overall, still A very good experience and would us VU again. Portal is awesome in the experience.
