Very frustrated with the issues surrounding the appraisal and the fact that we kept being told we likely would not meet closing, then that we would, then no... and all the issues at closing, like not having the right info and not having the money available to the buyers, just very very frustrating

Veterans united made the entire process extremely quick and easy the whole process took maybe 30 days from preapproval to closing and all the issues were handled by their team. Kayla the loan officer fought to get me COE from the VA and helped the whole way through!
