They have a great attitude and answer questions you have quickly and make sure that you understand what's going on and the process. They're humans (don't sound like a business slave) and exude confidence, professionalism, and fun personalities!

I had a very weary and shaken experience but the entire verteran so united family eased all my feelings thank you.
The team at Veterans United was amazing and helped us with every single thing we ever needed. They were there to answer all of our questions, no matter how many times I asked the same question. Though not part of the Veterans United team, the real estate agent that we had I would not recommend. She was great showing us the houses, but then once we signed the contract with her saying she was our agent we hardly ever heard from her and when we did it was a fight to get things done. If not for us being in contact with the sellers ourselves, they would not have known what was needed from them most of the time. The day before closing the agent started sending emails to us and the sellers saying we never signed some stuff although we had signed all but one over a month prior. We had to screenshot the documents in our files where we had signed and send them to her as proof. There was so much more but doesn’t matter now. We felt bad paying her that much money and didn’t feel like she did her job. But we have the house and are so excited about our future in what we hope to be our forever home. Thank you Alberto, Codi, and the rest of the team for all you did for us and continue to do for the great men and women that serve this country. God bless.

Veterans United was a great first experience I was going through another company first but they were not getting back to me in a timely manner and my realtor suggested I go through Veterans United and I’m glad she did. I got told what I needed how to get it and when I needed it to get done it was a great experience very easy and the people were very nice and professional. I would recommend Veterans United to anyone that is looking to buy a home.

Communication was poor. At the eleventh hour, they are asking for information that was already provided. We put down a huge down payment, and they are questioning where it came from. We just sold our house, that is where the money came from. I work for the State of Florida, and my wife is a Director at a hospital, and they are questioning us. Really pissed me off. The closing date got pushed back due to their incompetence. And had us scrambling at the last minute. Never again will we use Veteran's United because of our experience.
