The Veterans United Team took the worst home buying experience I have ever dealt with and turned it into my family’s dream!! Found a place that was up for auction and worked with Veterans United to get pre-approved. Won the auction and then learned the hard way that the seller and auctioneer had not done their due diligence. Problem after problem with title, county and state level issues. As I had no realtor Seth and the team explained everything and allowed me to be my own realtor basically! My teams guidance allowed me to complete and push to get everything done that was required. Had perfect storm of terrible seller, auctioneer and title company and still came out on top!! Thanks for everything and my sincere gratitude!! Good to know their is still true professionals out there battling for us Veterans!!! I salute you all!!
I wasn't going to add anything about my disabilities. However I am an extreme case of PTSD, anxiety, with ADHD and usually become overwhelmed with any stress situation, these people kept me calm, I don't know how but they did and they never got inpatient at any time. You will understand what that means to me. Thank you so very much.

MY problem was waiting to know if we got loan until very end. When you have to spend thousands on inspection, moving , all this while watching a hurricane moving in. The packing with the wind and rain and get a hotel for many days not knowing for sure about anything is very nerve racking. If I had known of an approval even with stipulations would have gone very well. We were homeless many days and did not know.
Finding a home has proven to be a long difficult and expensive process. I would not have guessed this would be an 18 month venture when we began. Thanks to veterans for taking some of the load for us and making this transition possible.

From Cooper to Jorge we experienced the best service. I cannot express how pleased my husband and I are with the service. This was our first home buying experience and although it was an emotional roller coaster it was wonderful to work with amazing people.
As stated, Taylor is amazing. My wish would be that everyone had someone working just as hard for them as Taylor did for me. I would give Taylor a 20!

Veterans United is working hard to satisfy it's customers. It would be even better if it's assigned Washington DC team would finetune it's access to Armed forces Home Loans operations division.It took too long for my family to access key records
