Not only was I well served, I also found the web-portal easy to use. Uploading, viewing, signing documents was much easier than I expected. Buying this house throught Nick and his team at Veterans United was one of the easiest things I have done. I definitely recommend Veterans United to other veterans.
Overall, it was a great experience. We bought the home that we had been renting, so the process was less complex than normal. The team was great, but they almost cost us $2,300 in rent credits. Had I not carefully reviewed the closing disclosures and noticed the mistake, we could have lost money. Also, the interest rate was 0.125% higher than the estimate we had received two days earlier. Even though it’s a small percentage, over 30 years it will really add up. Other than that, the team was responsive, knowledgeable and showed compassion.
