The website was very easy to navigate and our loan specialist was very good at updating us when we needed to sign off on something. I loved the checklist and additional help Veterans United offered such as help with knowing how to get our utilities turned on, finding a home security system, help to find the right insurance and rate, and help with getting our mail forwarded to the new home.
