Things would have been smoother if the online platform glitch didn't delay us for weeks without any support.
Overall a great experience but communication only through a platform is a faulty game plan.
Everybody at every step of the way was very helpful. And most importantly, they were patient with first time home buyers. Several times I needed things to be re-explained, and no one seemed to mind doing so. Thank you guys so much.
Other than our idiot first appraiser, the entire process went as smooth as we expected. The original appraiser was incompetent and a rip off.
