I do like that a lot of the process was streamlined. I was able to compare lender rates with a friend who was also home buying at the same time. Despite his credit score which was destroyed post divorce, he scored a rate at almost a point lower on a house $100,000 less in the San Antonio area. Happy to have gotten the house, mildly disappointed with the rate.
This was smooth, quick and easy process from start to finish. Thanks so much for an awesome experience.
