To give my honest opinion, If I were to deal with the Loan Officer and Loan Coordinator I had when purchasing a home through VA United home loans I would hands down do it again.! Unfortunately due to the underwriting staff for this company that was the most "Horrific" Experience I had at the settlement table. That staff is the complete definition of incompetent.! To have a Customer pushed back multiple days in settlement along with a two hour settlement at the closing desk when you had a timeline of 12 months to have everything in order.! They closed the deal on the word "Procrastination" . I had so much anxiety due to this underwriting staff I seriously thought I would never own this house.! If your a Veteran with PTSD and a high disability rating, They will make sure to trigger a episode based on the dysfunctional underwriting staff.! No concern what so ever for the customer.!

Veterans United made this process pretty darn easiest. They say buying a home is one of the most stressful events that will take place in your life, I would have to disagree with this group. Everyone worked together kept the lines of communication open. I closed 30 days from my Pre-approval. From start to finish they had me in my dream home in 30 days. Let's not forget Daniel, Craig's loan assistant. He would either answer all my calls or return them promptly while we were gathering documents for underwriting. My case was a special case and they worked with me until we found the solution to what the underwriter needed. If I ever buy another home, I will definitely use Veterans United in the future and recommend them to family and friends.

The entire team did a great job helping us get our house. Our real estate agent, Elaine, went above and beyond to help us find our home. Elaine was always available to help us see homes even short notice, and on weekends, she is the only agent we will use in the future and highly recommend to anyone looking for a home.
