Veteran's United was willing to coordinate and take care of Phone calls, obtaining specific documentation, and taking tasks off the Borrower' plate. Staff maintained a good, positive attitude, and handled many situations that came up unexpectedly, in a calm and professional manner.
The overall experience was a good one. I particularly liked the "to do" site because it made submitting required forms much easier. Ashley Jarrett was incredible and the reason I chose to go with Veterans United!!
