When I first started the process my credit wasn’t the best. Tim and his team advised me on what I needed to do. I completed it and they got me a PreApproval almost immediately and then we were able to start the process.

I am very glad that I had Amy, Shan, and Cede for my loan team. The responsiveness of the team for inquiries have made me very confident that I would close on the house on the expected date. With all the horrors I've read with waiting hours after signing to get the keys to my home, Amy and Shan told me that it would take maybe an hour or less to get it. I was skeptical as every input I read online said otherwise. Low and behold in closing day, within 20 minutes of the title company submitting it; I have received my keys to my home. I am nothing but thankful for the loan team I was assigned to.
