Veterans united Communication processes sucks! Putting everything on the client to do is garbage! Scrabble to ensure bankers to their job isn’t fun! Explain things. Don’t put checklist of to do’s on the day of closing! Talk to people! Had to delay my closing to wire money to title company! Every step was a wire brushing!

Veterans united is such an amazing team. Most businesses are focused on making money. Which I understand they are a business, but their customer service seems to take a front seat.
