Veterans United was absolutely easier to deal with than a conventional home loan. I full heartedly recommend working with them as a veteran if you have the opportunity. They made every step of the way easy for me and my family during the process of buying a house. Chace Tuck was a phenomenal loan specialist and if you have the ability to as to work with him and his team absolutely do it.

Outstanding customer care and service.
Overall, my first home buying experience was not efficient because communication was poor. There's a lot that goes into buying a home and I would expect your lenders to be more proactively informing their buyers.. especially when you use the name "veterans" in your title. That implies that you raise your standards to serve those that have already served you and you definitely do not...at least for me you didn't!

Veterans United are really great to work with for purchasing a home. I just closed on a home and been working with Veterans United for a couple times now. I have been a working with Ashton Ziegler now continuously. He is amazing, always answers our questions in a timely manner, is really great a communicating all aspects of the loan process, is friendly and makes sure your home buying process goes smoothly. I would definitely recommend Ashton Ziegler and Veterans United to fellow Veterans who are looking to purchase a home/refinance.
