only thing I can say is you have to have ALOT of patience. They make you jump thru alot of hoops per say. The underwriting team is too tough. And don't ask for everything in the beginning. They made it go on longer then it should have. Overall we were very frustrated and was ready to give up. So was the seller.
Communication between myself and my Loan Coordinator, Rachel, seemed to be a constant issue. When she was able to be reached she was very pleasant and very helpful, however I had to reach out to her via phone call or email several times in a day, and often times found myself having to contact Ryan with my questions.
My only complaint is that the final VA appraisal took over a month to get done, I was told this is abnormal and the rest of the process went smoothly. CJ and Andrew both helped a ton!
Would definitely recommend. I had an amazing experience from day one with the customer service and kindness that I received from everyone involved in my first home buying experience.
They made the whole process understandable and easy. We were able to accomplish what we needed in a rapid timetable without getting lost in a lot of dizzy details. Definitely would recommend.
