I can't recommend Austin B. and the loan processing team enough! I started my search eight months ago, and I really appreciated how Austin checked in once a month just to see how I was doing. When I finally found “the one,” he was right there to walk me through the entire journey. He made sure I understood every detail, turning what could have been a stressful process into a great experience.
Melissa, the transaction coordinator, was on the ball. I was impressed with her work throughout the entire process. Seems rare these days to find that hard-working employee dedicated to the customers end goal exist, and Melissa is one of them.

Matt and his team made my home buying experience so easy. I am moving from Oregon to Arizona and I was in Oregon the entire time while my husband was in Arizona. They answered all my questions and always made me feel important. I will always come to them for my home buying or selling needs. Home buying is stressful and confusing for anyone, but VU made the process easy to understand. I received a call as soon as I sent in my application. I am truly pleased by the quick responses and paperwork process.
Bryant, Erin and their team was great and even when at times when I was being impatient they kept everything going and got us into our house right on time!!!
This is an overall review of the company as a whole . There is a lack of communication an apparent laziness as well as clearly not enough resources or diverse applications or systems to allow smooth transactions between veterans, civilians and realtors. The whole process for my family was Nightmarish. NO I WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING THIS COMPANY TO ANY ONE
