The service provided was amazing. The team worked incredibly well together. The entire process was easier than I can begin to explain. Every person I was involved with was very kind and went well above normal expectations.
The whole process is…involved. Be prepared to share all of your finances, your addresses, employment, and probably part of your life force. It is a freaking roller coaster of emotions. VetU does their best to walk you through it all. Somehow, I made it through to the other side, and you will, too.
My advice is to use Veterans United and don't go somewhere else for a lender. My wife and I did and had awful experience before coming to VU. Veterans United is everything your looking for in a lender and more.
I only want to use VU for all of my home loan, refinance, and VA loan needs. I’ve been so satisfied with the service and support I’ve stayed in touch with the team so I can just on the best opportunities when the market shifts.

This was my second VA home loan. My first VA loan experience was a nightmare. The lender was completely disorganized and obstacles were constantly popping up. After waiting at the title company for hours, we just barely closed on our home in time to avoid a severe storm. I was a little hesitant to work with a large company like Veterans United, but Bryan and the team at VU showed me that even though Veterans United is a busy company, they still put their clients first.
