The people and team are great wouldn’t change a single thing about them.The app on the other hand. Dog poo Why do I have to log in and authenticate every time I open the app? This defeats the purpose. Additionally I want to set up bi weekly payments. The listing only gives options for days of the week not the date itself. As a VA loan company I would expect to have the option to do it on the 1st and 15th. When the military gets paid.

Josh Schultz is the absolute best, I wouldn’t have wanted anybody else to help me buy my first or any other home for as a matter of fact.
Daniel Perry and Joe Hooker were very professional and easy to work with. This was our first time financing a home, and these two guys answered a lot of questions from me and were glad to do so. I like the fact that when I called, I always got Joe or Daniel and not some machine. They made it easy for me. Outstanding people.
Highly recommend Veterans United for the home buying process! They were with me every step and had no problem explaining everything. Long story short, was supposed to close on one house but had to rescind the offer and start the shopping process all over again. The whole team kept checking on me and were very supportive through the whole ordeal.
On the Monterey side of things that was promise to me I did not get and nothing was explain to me
