Our original loan specialist left in the middle of our underwriting. There was no explanation and there was an extended delay in communication. We had to resubmit some of the same documents multiple times. Overall we closed on time but the process was more stressful then it needed to be. Choose your own realtor, don’t use the one recommended by VU.
Bert Shaw and Veterans United were simply outstanding. If you are a veteran looking for a VA loan, this is the place for you. We are 100%+ satisfied and enjoying our new house.

If you are involved with Veterans United to purchase a home... start collecting your moving boxes because this team is so good at what they do you will be in your new home before you know it.... and this is the best part of dealing with Veterans United... you talk to....all... live... people !!!!
