The whole process from application to keys in hand felt organized and smooth. We really felt listened to and taken care of thanks to our loan team. Our loan specialist and coordinator Kapil and Meili were amazing. Veterans United goes the extra mile with setting you up not only with a loan officer, but a whole crew waiting to answer questions and get you organized with everything from the actual home buying, to the utilities and mail forwarding, and everything in between. It made my job of organizing a cross country move much less stressful.
