We had a very positive experience with VU. From first contact to home purchase closing, in our case, was about two years, because of our retirement schedule and the delays acquiring records during covid-induced slowdowns. VA alternately helped when we needed it, and accommodated during the slow periods. The staff were delightful to work with.
