Communication is always key when working hard on getting anything and everything when buying a house. VU was amazing at answering any and all questions. John was helpful in calming those jitters in the in between stages and the moments when doubt would set in. It was good to hear we weren’t the only ones with this experience. The team was sure to communicate needs, help set up the little things (like utilities and insurance) and that was such a huge help in making sure things were done before move day.
