VA Home Loans and my home loan specialist did what was expected from them, but there are unexpected things that some times happen out of nowhere and I just want to share my advice to the band of brother who are in the market for a good home ; DO NOT close in a day after a long weekend holiday, if there is an association like a condo involved in the closing make sure that your attorney and realtor are strongly involved to find out if the association is about to be terminated specially on your closing date and by all means try contact the new association.
