Seen mixed feelings about VU, and wasn’t sure about it at 1st, but the team was great, the process was easy & all done on my iPhone, when I needed help, all my concerns were addressed by Dean in no time! At 1st I wasn’t sure if I was going to buy, but got the pre-approval months before I wanted to look with no pressure to buy until I was ready. Everyone is super friendly, and if you don’t know the home-buying process, they really make sure you understand how everything works, and exactly what you are signing. I had a great experience from start to finish with VU. To be honest, I had tried using them 5 years ago and I went with another lender back then. However, I’m glad I gave them another chance for this new purchase!
