I heard of Veterans United you a co-worker. It was the best decision we ever made. They done so much for us they are very professional

Although, as veterans, the VA offers many benefits just be aware there is no escaping the closing cost. So be prepared to have some money in the bank.
Using my case as example, a $153,000 at 3.75%, 30 years. Out of pocket money: $800 appraisal; $1000 earnest money; $5,249 all other charges. At closing, $1,324 was reimbursed to me.
Non VA loans, will require 20% down payment plus larger closing cost. And this is why I highly recommend a VA loan.

Can’t go wrong here, one stop shop, makes the using the VA loan a seamless process!

I have used Veterans United three times and it has always been a pleasant experience. They don't just help you with the purchase but with a lot of aspects from finding your utility contacts, home insurance, and security system.

Thank you for all the help and support.

No Veteran should go through this process without Veterans United.I am not sure what other lenders offer or provide but I'm glad we didn't have to find out. The entire process from beginning to end was smooth and seemless and the team was beyond knowledgeable. There was never a moment where we felt uncertain with the answers received.

As a licensed realtor and a veteran consumer I can say from personal experience over a span of 40 years.
Veterans United would be my first and only choice in the veteran home finance market.

I would have anyone who's a veteran use Veterans United Home Loans for their home loan.

Travis and Desi were simply the best, very helpful, extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.
