We have worked with VU twice now. The first time was excellent and this time our team truly went above and beyond to make everything happen for us. Everyone was phenomenal to work with.
The loan and real estate team were great. I was, however, very disappointed with the Insurance team. After several failed attempts to make contact with them, they finally reached out on closing day...after I had already locked in home insurance with a different company. It was a very sharp contrast with how professional and responsive every other aspect of the company was.
