I had an outstanding experience that got me into my home, so my only feedback is set the expectation that the appraisal will more then likely not meet the deadline so 30 days close is a challenge that will not happen.

This is the second house we have ever purchased, but the first time using a VA loan. I was referred to Veterans United by a co-worker and fellow veteran. I was pretty skeptical because we couldn't walk into an office and sit done them, it all had to be done online, but this was the smoothest, easiest experience I have had in home buying.
Amanda and her team are fast and efficient at helping veterans gain access to a home loan. This is my third loan I have used Amanda and her team for getting a loan and it probably will not be my last.
We were very pleased with everyone at the VA. We had a unique set of circumstances and while it took a little longer they never let us give up. We are now the proud owners of a house.

Everyone was very professional, helpful, and thorough! Communication was timely on matters and responses were quick!
Overall the experience was near perfect.
The upload fuction of documents and to do list was nice. Only very small negative was I was asked for the same document mulitple times from diffetent people that I already uploaded. Now that being said, this was probabaly due to the fact of my foreign employment.
When it comes too home loans veterans united is the first in reliability and quick results. Easy process and great team.
