Switched representatives halfway through. Not ideal and had a hiccup but customer service was quality and quickly resolved concerns
The loan experience was easy and Veterans United loan specialists were super helpful. The only problem I had was with the home inspector. He cost me 10,000.00 in repairs. If the VA loan is only compatible with a new home, it should be known up front.
