He was extremely knowledgeable, super friendly, and always available to answer my questions no matter how many times I may have reached out to him. Veteran's United came through on my home loan with a great loan rate and timely closure.
When I made the decision to go with them for my mortgage, I met resistance with the listing agent. To quote my real estate agent " the listing agent is furious because she knows Veteran's United never closes on time, " and further, had they known "we were going through them, they wouldn't have accepted our offer. Also they said they won't be signing an extension with us if they can't deliver on time." Boy, did Bo Clapp and his Veteran's United team show them. We were ready close a week ahead of time and guess what, the sellers had to ask for a week' s extension. Thanks Veteran's United.
