The entire experience was painless. Documents were sent online and most communication was via email. All in all a pleasant experience.
My loan team was phenomenal! They were knowledgeable and experienced which benefited my family in an easy application, purchasing, and closing process. They were always reachable by phone for questions and concerns. I was never made feel like my business and concerns were not a top priority for them (and I pestered them regularly with questions on the what's next process). You do not find their qualities often in the business world. I highly recommend them! 10 out of 10!
Nothing negative to say, the stressful part was me having to provide everything I needed to obtain the home loan. Would definitely recommend my loan team.

As my wife says, the worse case scenario you will become better informed once you see a VA Home Loan officer from Veterans United Home Loans, so what do you have to lose but seek knowledge and even betterment.

I didn’t have any issue in particular with my loan team but unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend VetUnited to someone. Between the AMC that has to be used and the interest rates/costs that are higher I would have to recommend other companies be used.
All the components of the home buying process was made easy by my VU team. I can’t thank you enough for what you all have done for my family. Kylie Shoot was also a big part in helping us establish insurance and home security. She kept in contact with us helping us make our move that much easier. Hope I spelled her name right!
