It was my first solo home buying experience. To say it was a good experience would be a lie. I won’t go too much into detail, and I’m not sure how much of it was to do with the lender itself. But no part of the process was easy. None of it was fun, or calming , or reassuring.

There is no way I could have done this on my own and other loan companies made the process seem daunting and overly complex. With the guidance of my loan officer from Veterans United, I never felt uneasy about what to do next or if I wasn't getting enough information.
