I think my processor Jordan Williams must be newer. He kept contacting me about things the seller needed to do instead of calling her attorney or realtor. It became a bit frustrating. Other than that he was good as well

Everyone on the loan team was great but I wish they were more responsive. They need to be more transparent about rates. Was told the fed rate hikes wouldn’t affect me but based on the websites rates as low as page, and a payment estimate months ago, that wasn’t the case.
