My loan coordinator Elizabeth wasn’t very good, she added a lot of stress to the loan process that wasn’t needed. she asked for documentation for accounts that weren’t attached the loan, repeated questions that were answered in previous emails, didn’t have answers/reasons to questions she was asking me. I didn’t feel confident in her ability to do her job and I felt like I knew more about my loan than my loan coordinator
