Make sure you ask plenty of questions. It also would help to have someone who is willing to listen to your concerns. Absolutely amazing experience purchasing my first home. Mystle was not only helpful throughout the process, but went above and beyond to ensure I was not only taking care of everything, but actually in the loop throughout the process.
She also deserves ‘kudo’ (if you will) for assigning Mallory Fuller to my team. Between Mallory and Mystle, I never had any unanswered questions. The most important thing to me whenever I spend money is promptness, this has always been a make it or brake it trait for me. They both exceeded even my expectations. Whether I called, texted, or emailed, they were impressively fast at not only responding but actually answering my questions or providing guidance.
I realize this may not be the appropriate place to recommend anything, but I think these two ladies deserve a promotion. I will definitely be recommending these ladies to any and all of my veteran buddies who are even thinking about purchasing a home.
