overall experience was very good, had to supply a lot of info but they closed very quickly despite all the delays i had to wait for and inspections, would highly recommend them to other veterans.
I had a very straightforward experience with Veterans United and I appreciated their support throughout the process. They introduced me to a quality real estate agent and I was pleased with the level of communication and prompt replies when I had questions. We had one breakdown in communication that was resolved by talking through some mechanisms that I did not understand, and my broker course corrected by over-communicating to my satisfaction so that I was completely comfortable by the time that we reached closing. I really appreciated that level of care and service. Very happy to be in my new home after closing on the projected date.
