I am 58 years old, and this is my first (and probably last) home buying experience, and honestly, I was not expecting "white glove service", but that is what I feel I received from "my team". I had a team!!! From the smallest details - receiving a package for my pups to the ease of getting referrals from my realtor, the home inspection, appraisal, etc. - everything was done in a timely manner, and there was constant communication. I feel extremely satisfied with my whole experience, and I am honored to share my experience with other veterans.

Everything was simple and very straight forward. From day one talking with Austin Francis to get pre-approved, to working with Travis Ward throughout the process, and Desi Murray and Chance Schmollinger for all the hard work to get underwriting and documents needed to close. My wife and I never once felt strong armed or uncomfortable during the process and we contribute that to our team always being available and answering our questions thoroughly and honestly. I can say with pleasure that Travis and his team has earned our business for future purchases and we will highly recommend him and his team to anyone in need of a great loan officer.
