The online experience was easy to navigate, and we liked being able to upload documents and sign with Doc u sign.
Everything was right out there to view at any time, and there wasn’t any confusion about whether a document was filled out correctly.
If they would have gotten me to closing on time I would be very satisfied, but unfortunately it didn’t happen. My loan officer was good though.
Veterans United is the best of the best, we made offer on house on June 2nd, went under contract June 3, and closed on July 6th, I would HIGHLY recommend to any Veteran to look to Veterans United for a home, thanks again to the whole Team
