We have been truly blessed by the outstanding professionalism and determination of Jeff and Shan. They spent many hours, days and then months working on our loan. They showed us sincere love and concern for us while we traveled this journey. We had many unforeseen obstacles placed in our way and they never gave up on us. They worked tirelessly to help us obtain our dream of owning a home. They prayed for us while we waited to overcome our difficult circumstances. They gave us Hope during the times that we did not see the light at the end of the tunnel. Through it all, we have been grateful that God placed Jeff and Shan in our lives. Chris Hill and his team were absolutely amazing from start to finish. This was my second home purchase with Chris and I wouldn't have wanted anyone else either time. The purchase of the new home got really spicey with a lot of moving parts and unforeseen issues that kept arising and Chris and his team were able to handle everything that came up and got everything sorted just in time. There's a ton of things I could list here that I appreciated but I will just sum up with 20 out of 10 starts from me

This was our first time buying a home, and of course, using the VA loan. We worked with Morgunn during the process and it was most definitely the best first time home buying experience I think anyone could have had.
