I was let down by New Day USA big time; but Veterans United came to the rescue. "No man left behind" by VU for sure; VU loan officers went a long extra mile to make things happen for me.

For the second time, our home purchase through Veterans United was a breeze, thanks to Jake Hansen and Brooke Doolittle! We would recommend Veterans United to all our friends and family.
Veterans United was the only one to say "Yes, you can buy a condo that does not allow rentals even though VA Loans permit such rentals. We will attach to your loan documents a statement sworn by you that you will not rent the condo you are buying."
Nobody at the condo community of well over 3,000 condos knew of or used such a remedy for the Condo Association regulations against condo rentals. Every Florida agent (except the VU agent) said it was impossible to buy a condo here with a VA loan.
