It has been 24 years since my husband separated from the Army and we have never before pursued using his VA loan benefit, so the process was new to us. I was hesitant to go this route simply based on the fact that we knew nothing about the process and this was our third home purchase in 21 years. We got great service from everyone at VU! And there was so much we didn't know and needed to have explained along the way. The biggest thing that stands out in my mind about our experience is how EASY everything was and how seamlessly the process was from initial loan approval to closing. We got the keys to our home yesterday (10/25) and our closing date was 11/4!
My only problem with the whole process is that is so impersonal. It's text sign text with no explanation. Leaves me thinking why do I even have a realtor.

Hire disabled veterans to work for your team .never let a realtor judge a disabled person or any other veterans dibility ahain .I deal with my disabilities that i have slowly excepted little by little .no veteran shall ever be judged on the disability ,color,creed or religion or downgraded of there impairments.hire professionals tracey rocks but give me a chance and i can i will put my 150percent in to learning . No elder shall ever be judge either. I stand up and will be right to the point and i wish the first agent didnt break ada laes,fair lender and veterans pact act laws .
