The process took longer than normal buying/closing time frames due to several obstacles along the way, at no fault of Veterans United. That's where their professional, stay on task positive business attitude came into play.Loan Specialist Tony Boussad was a big reason I was happy with the process outcome. I know i was not his only client, but he made you feel that way.Tony was in constant contact with me via phone, text or emails. He guided me through the process and made it easy and simple enough for me to understand what the next step was and/or what I needed to do or follow up with. When delays occurred from the other party, banks, title company, reviewing parties, etc, he was right on it and kept me updated and informed.Not once did I ever feel pressured or pushed to do anything. VA United staff were easy to work with however the paperwork onslaught, which is always painful when buying a home, could have been smoother. Last minute requests for document review and signatures added greatly to an already stressful experience.

It’s been a crazy ride over the last couple years searching for a suitable house and I’ve been through the process a few times. My loan team has always been enthusiastic about helping me through the process even after having to back out of a few houses and that is greatly appreciated.
